Is Transgender more then just cross dressing, long hair and makeup to you?

If so, what further aspects of Transitioning are you doing or have you done?

ie - Breast enhancement treatments? and/or ...

@laurieluvsit yes. Much more than that. I’ve very much a trans woman. I’ve had eight different surgeries. Two more planned. Legally changed my name. Changed my gender on my drivers license.
