You really should write down your feelings and experiences while on such an important trip each evening at least, while everything from the days are still fresh in your mind.
My biological mother is actually my legal mother's youngest sister, but neither one of them claim me. :-(

I have certainly been trying to do that. My memory is positively terrible, so it is important that I write down whatever I can about each day
