How old are the oldest atoms that make up your body? And also how old are the youngest?

Probably about 14 billion years old or so give or take a few years

@JustAnotherDamagedGirl given I lived in Europe downwind of Chernobyl I've probably got some very young Cesium 137 in me too. So 14 billion to 40 years
