Okay I'll ask you something that happened to me.
Say you had a childhood best friend that lasted all the way though adulthood. But now recently you found something shocking about them.
You found out that they been a Drag Queen and turned guy.
The the question is Would you drop them as a friend after finding this information out?
For me:
My friend told me 20 years ago this is still my best friend today

@HumanEarth No i wouldn't. They were your friend before if thats what makes the happy and they aren't hurting anyone. Who the fuck cares

He lost other friends of ours because he told them.
I told him, I know it hurts when a friend dumps on you, but thats not a real friend.
But it still hurts. Like all six of us went to grammar school together and four of us still friends with him.
The other two treat him like he caught something catchy and will kill everyone.
