What made you start going barefoot and what do you like about it?

I had all along a aversion against the wearing of shoes. It's simply uncomfortable, impractical and confining. So I've already as a child took them off from my feet whenever I had the opportunity. Later as a teenager I started to walk more and more consciously barefoot. For me was it also a liberation from the social conformism to not longer wear this foot prisons and also a statement against it to walk just barefoot. For me is it simply a good feeling of freedom and individuality to be barefoot and in a directly connection with the earth under my soles - being just a part of the nature! 👣 😊 👣
