How come as kids teachers seemed to be so preoccupied with our progress and at least pretended to care so much, but in the real world everyone looks for the worst in us?
Teachers are bound by league tables, value added, progress 8 etc, progress and flightpaths are assessed regularly in order to maximise job opportunities in the future. In the real world, people are dicks. @Specialyouare
