How do you like your spaghetti Bolognese mate? See I never use spaghetti , I use tagliatelle,and make sure to put plenty of celery into the ragu. Tagliatelle ala ragu . It's really good. Sometimes I even put a bit of pancetta into the minced beef, usually just use smoked bacon though,a bit cheaper
