I would love to know how you like managing the bar? It seems that it is a fun thing to do but leads to late night, no sleep and too much drinking? Just my opinion. Am I near correct or not? Thanks My friend! :)

@joesand99 I love owning and managing a bar it is so much fun! Every night I go to work I am faced with a new set of experiences and situations and it is almost always a fun time. It can be stressful as well as there are a lot of not so great things that can occur at places with alcohol that can get us in a lot of trouble! But we have a great security team which do a wonderful job.
I personally do drink a lot when i'm working unless it is a busy shift and then i dont. But general good practice for bar managers and owners is to not drink where you work. I know a lot of managers who don't drink at all. So i guess it depends on the person and how you handle the alcohol haha

@Lana24 Thank you for sharing. I have been that drunk and so know that sometimes it gets out of hand. But lots of fun times too! So sorry about your loss of your fiance.
