I don't know how to describe it, it tastes pretty gamy. Also sort of like good beef steak, if beef steak was gamy... 😅 Man idk

The weirdest meats I've had are alligator, and reindeer.

Grilled alligator to me tasted like an odd cross between Chicken and Fish.

It was odd, but good.
