Because they garner so much attention. She knows that everyone envies her endowments. Her friends are always telling her how lucky she is to have them. I am also rather fond of them, truth to tell...

She has had that issue as well. Some of her less well endowed acquaintances are jealous and give her grief. And she gets tired from time to time of being stared at.
