I found in storage a bunch of old things from my grandparent's house. I remember these sheets from my childhood. Used to be a set but only the top sheet remains. The sheet is mint looks new no stains or signs of age. Even found the pillowcase I loved so much growing up also. Hated the forced naps because I wanted to stay up and play but I remembered conking out on the couch with that pillowcase on the pillow.
I got a few things that are hers. There's a few oldschool tupperware things and some old ass mixing bowls. The best thing is this green plastic spoon I know is 70s. I swear cook with it and everything tastes amazing.
I know in my own personal collection of stuff I got a lot of 90s and early 2000s bedding and my pots and pans and silverware are 90s. I got a mishmash of stuff and none of my bedding matches and I don't care I'm just sleeping on it. Over the years things get stained, elastic wears out, holes form especially because I have cats. Nothing really goes together with the exception of two newer sets I got.
Plus I grew up poor we don't throw things away like that.
