@MrBlueGuy Ya I think it’s the most expensive here now. My daughter and her b/f broke up and she had to move in with her grandparents because a 1 bedroom apartment in Vancouver starts at $2500/month plus utilities.

I own my building thanks to my dear departed parents, so I collect rent instead of paying it.

Used to be 1,000 a month, now I pay all the bills and it's all a little less than 1K.
