The Only Universes that stands alone from the rest are The Dog's. The Bears. The Lizards and the Rats
Despite the Rats, they are completely cut off just like North Korea, but the only difference that they have secret influence of corruption through out many Universes. They secretly created the UUN/ United Universal Nations and blackmailing almost all the leaders, especially in the Fish Universe and the snake universe during the time.
Besides that, you got the Dog's Universe that offers vehicles to all Universes and that's it. The Dog's are very strict on trade relations. They are ranked the lowest trade relations than entire multi-universes, because they don't want to be involved with favors or any events or wars. Their Platinum Constitution wouldn't allow Universal Marketing with others, only the Auto Industries that is the backbone of their Economy.
The Bears Universe is always in a competition against the UUN. The Yellow Union.
The Bear's are different than National Sucerity and all the bluffs from other Universes.
The Bears are the few Universes who respects privacy for Citizens and other Universes, while the rest wants control of privacy data. The Bears would rather work with qualified third parties that are not from Huge Markets. They also respect built to own Market subsidized. They are against huge corporations of greed.
They sell chips to anyone to build their own and right to own. They build technology without privacy issues.
Everything else because they're not part of the UUN crooked partnership.
