My husband is applying for American work-from-home jobs online, any advice?

He's in Ukraine but speaks fluent English. He made a CV today, which is one page long. He alsoade a LinkedIn profile, now he's just applying to as many decent job offers he can find. Most don't reply. He has a Ukrainian university degree in IT, but hasn't kept up woth programming for a long time. The thing is he doesn't really have much previous work experience, but it's really important that he gets a job. /=

can he hack computers? cyber security is in demand

@Penny No but his best friend is pretty good at hacking, my husband could learn about it for sure. It's a curious idea!

Currently he's just looking for things like junior positions in IT support, or even various sales positions.

Remote work is not doing well in the US and programming has had huge layoffs. Its gonna be next to impossible to accomplish this imo. Not tryna shit on you, i know you are desperate. But if theres any other way to make money, youd be better off attempting a different avenue.

@BlueVeins He's just applying to all jobs that don't need previous experience in the field, and a lot of them are American. There are also Ukrainian job providers who need people to speak with Americans for sales, which pay the same, $800 to $1000 per month. He's basically looking for anything that just requires a person to speak good English.
