@FreestyleArt The tweakers here are dangerous. There have been two women that got their faces slashed at bus stops. Another incident about a week or so ago, he was armed with a knife at a bus stop. People are being threatened and assaulted. If they give a tour at the food & shelter & meal kitchen for an interview they’ll only do it when nobody is there because they say it can be dangerous there. It wasn’t like that 20 years ago.
