Beef Jerky is helping me quit smoking, well somewhat

I thought so hard for what Jerky to get despite the prices and most don't work for me. I went to the Dollar Store and bought 7 little packs of beef Jerky the thick kind. Soft Jerky won't cut it for me.

Even though it's not the best Jerky from the dollar store, but it will do the Job. I just order old fashioned Jerky that are thick and hard to chew. That's what I needed to make the chewing last longer.

Right now I'm chewing thick cubes.
