Didn't need to get glasses until my 40s. My father had already passed away.

Just seems like people are getting younger and younger wearing glasses.

@DeWayfarer True? I didn't glasses until maybe 15. Maybe our eyes are just getting worse and worse

@caPnAhab Oh yes. Both what age it happened to me, as well as the number of kids wearing glasses back in the 60s. I only knew of one kid wearing glasses. And they were rather thick glasses. Not your normal reading glasses even then. My father wore the reading type in his 40s in the 1960s.
