I'm turning into my grandma. Hands hurt so bad. Stiff and swollen joints

She had rheumatoid arthritis in her hands bad to the point her fingers were crooked. I don't know what kind my arthritis is but these joints in both hands are stiff and swollen feeling. Even the palm of my hands ache. Used this voltaren cream to be able to move them more. I think it's genetic because my mom has this issue too.
