How do I stay so skinny? Well i live off of cigarettes, im on my feet at work and i eat once a day usually

I eat dinner as my big meal, lunch if i eat anything is usually something like a small bag of chips, fruit like a banana or sometimes if im not lazy i bring a cheese sandwich. I don't eat breakfast. Drink mostly water or pepsi zero
