I'm tired of all this trapped gas building up in my chest and stomach. It's uncomfortable as hell

If you don't mind me askin, do you have trapped gas normally and have never been able to self-release it?

I mean if you are "topped off", won't adding more carbonated stuff be worse for you, or do you want to be like....?

Carb soda in water - 1tsp will fix it within a minute - neutralises acid in seconds
