My sciatica is getting better (=

I found something that helps a lot. Every 30-60 minutes when working (or drawing in my case), I get up and walk around for 1-2 minutes, and it immediately started improving when I did this.

I don't think it's necessary to walk more than usual, but if you sit a lot during the day I highly recommend doing this consistently. It's a little annoying to remember but the pain I get from sitting down in the first place makes it easier lol.

I do a bunch of exercises that help with mine, stretches and openers etc mostly yoga type poses I was taught by a physio.

Also I walk as much as I can which definitely helps and wearing decent footwear if on my feet at a workbench or playing guitar for a long time.
