physiotherapy helped me a lot with little streching

I wish our bodies weren't so easy to mess up. Glad it's getting better for you.

I do a bunch of exercises that help with mine, stretches and openers etc mostly yoga type poses I was taught by a physio.

Also I walk as much as I can which definitely helps and wearing decent footwear if on my feet at a workbench or playing guitar for a long time.
