It's got green chilis, pinto, black and kidney beans and a crap ton of spices in it and my secret ingredient being balsamic vinegar.

vegetarian is the only way I like chili now .... balsamic is an interesting choice, never thought of that, now I'm curious, as I do love balsamic vinaigrette

in addition to pinto, black and kidney beans I'm also thinking of adding cannellini (white kidney) beans, and maybe even garbanzos in addition to that (I think that's probably the only pea I would want to add though, seems closest to beans)

but also, making a sort of Mexican-Indian hybrid with lentils and the appropriate fusion spice mix might be interesting too ... now that thought has in turn made me wonder if there are any Jamaican jerk chili recipes .... apparently there are ... this might be some more food for vegetarian editing thought

@ThirstenHowl Balsamic and tomatoes go well together it adds brightness and a caramelized hint of sweetness to it. i might have to try that with the cannellini beans. I've also used a can of enchilada sauce in addition to tomato sauce before and that was pretty good. i think a jerk style chili would be really good
