Each session shall have up to 5 appendixes

1.1, 1.2 etc I'm doing 1.1 now, each appendix shall be much shorter than the main session, and they will be smoother affairs by being followed by recording experiences where the mistakes are fresh in mind so that they can be avoided.

But when it's over 10 hours there's bound to be rough patches.

Gradually a core group will stick together, like a chromosome or something like that where a bunch of extra small things form a whole still pretty small thing.
