Sadly, many of the people who need mental health medication refuse to take it.

and many of the people who would benefit from mental health intervention refuse to accept it. You cant help someone if they dont want to be helped.

You can't help someone in the US, if they can't afford the treatments too.

In terms of accessibility, it is a major issue.
