Wanna know how my morning has gone?

Firstly I wake up from a nightmare because why not

Then I get on the treadmill to get my workout in before the kids woke up… i literally accidentally walked off the side of the treadmill because apparently I can’t walk a straight line…

THEN I get on my exercise bike and my foot slips off the pedal again (yeah it’s happened before) and it hit me so hard on the back of my leg

LASTLY I go to use my resistance band and it snapped at the worst possible time

I give up
