Adrenaline is crazy… I took off my cast to let my wrist breathe for a minute because the metal bars inside the cast was hurting me…

The kids were eating and we were sitting at the table when my youngest started choking and I immediately grabbed her and used my bad arm to hold her to be able to do what I needed to do to get the food dislodged.. she’s okay now and drinking her bedtime bottle but I’m now almost certain recovery is going to be longer now😬
