Do you talk to yourself more kindly in your head, or more critically?

@Bunnydisaster77 to avoid a long rant which has a good chance to possibly explain nothing....ill toss out bullet points.

Kindness is for the deserving.
I feel i am not,
But the rest of the world is though.

Also kindness doesnt produce results
My proof....pretty much everyone if i try to bring up something logically, kindly, etc....im ignored, momentarily placated, forgotten, etc. (But everyone gets to make their own choices for life)

So if i want results i need to minimize the margins for error. (If you want to change something you have to take responsibility for it)
