I'm my own worst critic. I think this is a balance. Someone never hard on themselves likely never grows as a person. Someone too hard on themselves can end up paralyzed in analysis or in fear of failure.

I thankfuly do not have a tendency to beat myself up mentally. I mean I get upset and down on myself or mad at myself over shit but I get over it after a snit.

Im extremely hard on myself. Often for no fault of my own. I beat myself up for shit i had nothing to do with!
