Fevers up to 102 this morning… will probably go back to urgent care later today

Good news I always feel worse in the mornings when I’m sick so I’ll probably feel better later… bad news I feel like shiiiiiiiii and I’m very very grumpy 😡

Oh, hunny. I’m so sorry it’s gotten that high. The good news is you’re not in the dangerous territory yet, but do alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen to help bring it down. And if antibiotics haven’t already been prescribed, make another trip to the doctor to ensure you’re treating whatever this is properly. Not to be that person, but today if you can.

@MommaBear Yeah, you may need another round of them. Or at least they can dive a little deeper if their initial findings proves to be wrong. Either way, you’ll be well on your way to kicking it’s butt.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart I haven’t been good at taking my autoimmune medicine so it’s probably just my body attacking itself and making my immune system go bad

@MommaBear Mmhmm. That medicine plays a part for a reason. And with antibiotics not doing much to combat your fever, it’s telling that that may be the case.

Go ahead and get clarity from the doc just to be sure. Definitely make the meds a priority though.

Hope you get some clarity today from the doctors and be sure to let them know what you’re feeling and the other stuff you’re on.

I know most places have access to that stuff on their system, but my experience with urgent cares is that they usually don’t see the bigger picture. Just the issue at hand.
