Tmi but does anyone else get stress/anxiety diarrhea?

At work I swear in the span of 4 hours I went to the bathroom 3 times. Twice in one hour and then on lunch and somehow held for the last 4 hours of my shift until I got home and blew up the bathroom. Day off im fine but whenever i go to work it strikes up.

My last job anxiety gave me acid reflux. I kept going to the doctor, tried all kinds of stuff, nothing helped. Then one Saturday morning the manager called and fired me. Acid reflux vanished instantly. That was 22 years ago and it hasn't bothered me since.
