@Gabber ive had a lot of experience with being wide awake in the wee hours of darkness
At first i googled it, worried about it, did the whole herbal and naturopathic route. Paid attention to my "sleep hygiene" and all that.
I was still tired in the mornings.
Eventually i decided to just 'go with it' and accept it and use that time as 'free' mental time to use for anything i want.
(The only rule is there is no light).
And as soon as i stopped stressing about it....i stopped feeling tired in the mornings🤷♀

@OogieBoogie That’s awesome, I’m glad it worked out in the end. I guess those creative juices seep out better when the sun goes down.
