I am thinking about

getting back to walking several miles a day, and maybe, just maybe, intermittent dieting again.🤔

I need to lose weight, but I love food. I love everything about food.❤❤❤
I love cooking it. 🙂
I love the way it tastes as you add more and more spices and flavoring to get it just right. 🤤
I love the smell of food cooking. 😋
I love the feel of it in my mouth. 😛
I love the satisfied feeling inside me after a great meal.❤

Maybe, I will just try walking more for a while.🥴
