The Tiger's government made a smart move, to not join the war with the Black Panthers and Foxes to invade the Lions many years ago

Although The Governor of the Tiger's state in lion's Universe, has so much priorities to protect, seems quite important during the time. They have foreign events happening in the Tiger's state.

Orientation events. Managing space travelings. Helping to coordinate with imports and exports services and other huge events including religions and the Gospel of Christ besides religion. Since it's not a religion.

The Tiger's can not risk themselves to be involved of either sides of wars.

They won't join the lions and they won't join the other side either.

@DanielsASJ and not put anything in danger if the Lions decides to infiltrate and attack the tigers of retaliation if they attack.

As for the Black Panthers, they have nothing to lose against the lions.

It was an opportunity for them when the Fox Universe announcing war against the lions, without harming the Universe.

Some are on board. There's only 8 states in the lion's Universe
