I'm pretty sure someone tried filming me at the gym

I was on a machine taking a rest and this older man I see often gets on the machine in front of me. He has his camera on and propped it against a pole near my machine facing me. It keeps falling and he keeps fixing it and the entire time I'm just staring at him giving him a wtf man look. He catches me staring and leaves with his phone. Before this incident I have caught him looking at me in the past. I nicknamed him crocs because he's always in crocs. Just thought it was weird.
