I watched this documentary on health LONG ago the Dr said Optometrist ask the wrong Q of "How many hours u spend in front of TV / monitor a week?" They should be asking (according to her) what does your diet consist of?

Now I wouldn't be too naive I reckon diet n screentime may, possibly go hand in hand?

TV is a 52 inch. It's ten feet away. Some times I need my distance glasses to read the screen. 🤣

@Bexsy ikr! I have to get up close and personal with the tv sometimes to read it. I see an eye doctor in August lol
