my goal is to get my floors redone this year

I have wooden floors in my house except in my bathroom and kitchen. my bathroom is tile and my kitchen is this crappy ass linoleum thats old as dirt and coming up. My floors need redone bad especially in certain rooms. my goal is to get that taken care of by the end of the year. My other goal is to get new flooring for my kitchen and to repaint the place cause i have some spots in the house where the paint is coming off the walls bad. I just want to try to fix the place up some so it doesnt look entirely like a crack house.
