A weird story. By me.

My boyfriend has ignored me for almost a month because he is moving . I am not dumb. I don't put my energy into anyone that vague and abrupt.
I was asked out on a date today but I won't go because we didn't technically break up and I feel bad .

You sound like a good, moral person. I would mention that to the new person you might go out with so he can see what a treasure you are. Most people wouldn't care and would go out with them anyway. You have morals. Don't ever change.
