What's the point of life ?

If we don't use our free will to make the most of it ? To be grateful and happy and really love?
It's just a waste at that point .
No lessons learned. No ascension.

I had to be broken down before I learned this. I think anyone who still needs to hear this hasn't had that happen to them yet. Or hasn't allowed it to.
