My side landing exiting the kitchen and to the basement is getting really bad. No idea why the paints doing this but I got hit in the head by paint flakes going to do laundry yesterday. I know my house needs a ton of work but damn
Minor DIYer here; I'd say surface not prepped properly, it needs a key to get a hold of, either thinned paint but I have used watered down PTFE glue before.
