Allergy season got me all messed up. I take doctor prescribed nasal spray and Claritin. But still can’t go outside for very long.

We don't have pollen yet, I don't look forward to it! Once the spring explosion happens our windows literally turn yellow. Even people without pollen allergy feel the symptoms.
