Busted my neighbor shoveling his snow purposely throwing it over the fence into my yard.

I looked out the window and this man is shoveling his driveway in his backyard and purposely is lifting the shovel up to dump the snow into my yard. He only stopped because he saw me looking. In the summer he would rinse out his trashcans and dump the water over my plants. Rude people. Never did anything to them and I've lived here far longer than them. They've been here for 2 years now and me over 20. Older couple in their 50s.

The snow is no big deal IMHO. Being from a snow heavy area, people put it wherever is closets and out of the way. No harm, no foul deal. Neighbors often push it into the other yard if it's close and not blocking a path or having to be shoveled by another. Even the sidewalk plows push snow into our yard. Just part of living in a snow area

The dumping of water over the fence though is greaseball

@MethDozer yeah with my old neighbor, there was a thin strip of grass between our driveways and we would both just throw as much snow as we could fit on there. Property line be damned, snow is mankind's great satan.
