Wish me luck as I attempt to shovel snow.
This cold is hurting the arthritis in my hands something fierce. Shoveling makes me winded too.

@SStarfish I don't recall rain when I was there just heat and being baked in the sun. Maybe I'll come visit Florida again someday but in winter.

But exercise can be good for you if you do it consistently. If you stop doing anything you will die.. of course shovelling snow when you haven't done any exercise for a while might kill you too. Its a constant struggle. Exercise more.

Can relate, good luck to you! I got a wicked new snow shovel only to wake up and find less than an inch to clear. Sort of disappointing. ;-)
