Think about it. To deliver all the goods to the other side of the Universes, they can't go through the border of the Deer's Universe. Hippo's universe nor the Lizard's universe.
They have to go north through the Dog's Universe in order to export tours other universes.
That is part of the International agreement with certain universes. That has complaints back from the first war.
Now going to the Dog's Universe is like creating 800 billion more miles.
Once you reach there, better hope it's for the Fish's or Deer's since they're closer to the Dog's Universe.
