Not likely to happen.
Human skin graphs would never be on anything that wasn't human. The skin needs blood to maintain itself.
Skin actually is a organ like your liver, heart, kidney's or whatever.
Your body can even reject skin graphs if they are the wrong type. Why often your own skin is used.
