Hey yall hey im still alive 😅

I wont say any names but my youngest 🤦🏽‍♀ threw her cup yesterday hit me perfectly in my knee on my bad leg and made it reflex so needless to say it hurt like a mf but at least i know i still have a good reflex even tho my hip is broken 🌻💛
