Do you feel remorse if you harm someone ..

I'd feel some measure of remorse even if they DID deserve it; hurting someone is never without some level of regret -- or at least it should have some regret attached in all cases.

Yes, I may even if they may deserve it. It's a giving flaw of mine I won't change.

I feel tremendous guilt when someone gets caught up in my storms and I do apologize but I don't think it makes the person hurt less so I try very hard to keep my mouth shut when I'm angry.

Yes it plays on my mind and I feel bad for it. On the other hand if they deserved it not so much.
But there really is no clear winner in people hurting each other.
