Sooo for whatever reason

I haven't been taken my nightly med and now my night terrors are back and dreaming in general 🤦🏽‍♀ definitely will be making sure i start back on them like right mf now smh dont know what the hell ive been thinking not taking them

I am so sorry, that sounds awful. I have my pills in a pill counter because I have so many so this way I won’t miss taking them. Maybe that would help?
