Sooo for whatever reason

I haven't been taken my nightly med and now my night terrors are back and dreaming in general 🤦🏽‍♀ definitely will be making sure i start back on them like right mf now smh dont know what the hell ive been thinking not taking them

Ugh, I know the feeling. You start feeling better so you think you don’t need the meds anymore so you stop taking the meds and go right back to where you started and realize that you felt better because you were taking the meds. And around and around and around. 🙄
