One point of contention in every relationship I have ever had was being asked what color.

Every GF I ever had was annoyed by this. Thehd ask what color they should get for something. Naturally I'd say black.
New toaster=black
New car=black
Which dress should I get?=black
What should we paint this room??= Black

It always looks better in black, that's just a fact. If you want some class trim it in white. If you want so pizazz trim it in red. Now you're done.
